Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Electronics

  Carefully place the item back in its original manufacturer box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware and confirm the condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
